**Shipping**
- We are proud to deliver our quality doors across the United States. Most in‑stock orders ship within 2‑4 business days and arrive within 5‑10 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
- You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order; many exterior doors qualify for free delivery.
- We currently ship to the contiguous United States. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii or require international shipping, please contact us for a quote.
**Local pick‑up**
- If you are near our distribution center, you may arrange to pick up your door directly. Please select "Local pick‑up" at checkout or contact us to schedule a convenient time.
**Delivery appointments**
- For oversized doors and special orders, we schedule deliveries Monday through Friday. Our logistics partner will contact you to arrange a delivery window and ensure you or someone you authorize is available to receive the order.
**Returns & Exchanges**
- We want you to love your new door. If you need to return or exchange your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all hardware and accessories. Please retain your packaging until you are sure you will keep your door.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
