Below you'll find answers to common questions about measuring, ordering, shipping and installation.
• **How do I measure my door?** Measure the width and height of your existing door slab. Measure the rough opening (frame) for accurate sizing. Determine the swing direction by standing outside the door and noting which side the hinges are on. Our team can walk you through the process if you need help.
• **Do you offer installation?** We supply the door and offer detailed installation guides. We can recommend trusted installers in many areas, but we do not currently provide in‑house installation services.
• **How long does shipping take?** Most stock doors ship within 1‑2 weeks. Custom or special‑order doors may take longer. You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships.
• **What is your return policy?** Unused doors may be returned within 30 days of delivery; a restocking fee may apply. Contact us for a return authorization and we’ll provide instructions.
• **Do you accept custom orders?** Yes – many models can be customized for size, color, glass and hardware. Contact us to discuss your project.
• **Which payment methods do you accept?** We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay and other major credit cards. Financing is available at checkout.
• **Do your doors have a warranty?** All doors include a manufacturer warranty covering materials and workmanship; details vary by model. Reach out if you have any warranty questions.
